Grateful for you – Fall chocolate gift favor
This simple and easy craft is perfect for making gifts and table favors for fall. They are also a thoughtful way to express appreciation for teachers, co-workers, and friends. Easy enough that even your teens will enjoy making these for their friends or youth leaders.
These are one of my favorite ways to use up my Cricut scraps.

Supplies:
Hershey Nugget candy
Scrap paper – to cover Nuggets
Clear pretzel bags
Brown cardstock paper for – slider
Twine
1 sheet of grateful words – (free printable tags for you here!)
Leaf stamp for tag & cardstock paper – (also leaf on free printable sheet to use, above)
Directions:
1. For tag:
Print out my free printable tag sheet or make your own quick & easy on your computer.
Cut out your “grateful” words into a strip and snip end to be like a banner. See in video how easy this is to do.
For the Leaf tag, use the ones on my printable or hand stamp your own leaf and cut or punch out with a square or lg round punch. Color leaf with colored pencils if desired.
** I use cardstock paper for both the tag parts.
Now your tags are ready to attach as soon as we make the candy part!
2. Candy:
– cut out a brown card stock slider sleeve to slide your nuggets into the pretzel bag.
– Now from scraps of cute fall papers, cut out some very small strips to wrap around your chocolate nugget candy. Use double sticky tape to attach it to the back of the nugget.
– Once all 4 nuggets are covered, slide them into your pretzel bag.
– Next tie bag closed with fall colored twine or ribbon.
– Hole punch both pieces of your tag and tie the tag on, that’s it, your done!!!!
– Optional: You can use double sticky tape to keep your tag from moving around; also clip some of the top of your pretzel bag off, to your desired length.

- Leaf stamped tag using cardstock paper - (also on free printable sheet above)
