Introduction to the Fundamentals of Fermenting](https://itsadelight.com/lessons/introduction-to-the-fundamentals-of-fermenting/): Stevia - (the green powder) – Let me encourage you with this; I’ve been growing just 1 plant of this herb, drying the leaves on the dehydrator, then grinding into a simple powder using my Vitamix. I use often in place of the others now. One plant makes enough green unprocessed powder for about a year because you use such very tiny amounts. Give stevia the true green powder a try, instead of the white powdered, you may be delightfully surprised. Again all things in moderation, I want to be sure I don’t encourage anyone to over-use any of these :)
